Ankle Deep, an experimental studio in Portsmouth's Historic Dockyard, is celebrating its first year of fostering creativity and experimentation among the local community. The studio, which offers a space for students, university faculty, and industry professionals to learn and experiment with new and timeless creative practices, has been made possible with the support of the Portsmouth Naval Base Property Trust and the Sustainable Conservation Trust.
Co-Founder Deniz Beck expresses her gratitude for the support, saying "Their unwavering support has allowed us to truly bring the dockyard's rich heritage to life through art and creativity."
With a variety of creatives working in the studio, Ankle Deep has accomplished much in its first year, including raising funds for charity and hosting events.
