We were able to give Jesper some work experience under the RIBA Furute Architects programme in September 2022 and we are delighted to hear he has now secured a full time position in an architectural practice for his year out from his Universtiy course. "Deniz Beck Partners provided me with a two-week work experience opportunity in September 2022. During my time with Deniz, I was working on a concept design for the adaptive reuse of Fort Widley into a historic masonry training school and a series of artists' studios. This unique opportunity allowed me to gain an appreciation for the methods and processes of the architecture profession as well as gaining experience with conservation architecture and the challenges associated with working with listed buildings and scheduled monuments. The skills and drawings I produced during this experience allowed me to impress employers and secure a full-time job as an architectural assistant during my year out from University."
